Palmetto Promise is set up for a month or more. Start the day with sunrise over the Atlantic from your east-facing balcony, walk the boardwalk to an uncrowded beach, then work, read or stream on 1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Resort laundry and the elevator are on your floor, three restaurants are on-site, bikes rent at the gate and the free island trolley stops outside.
It's a compact condo, about 500 square feet, and we'd rather be upfront about that: it's ideal for a couple or a small family, and cozy beyond that.

Your private balcony faces east over lawns and palms to the Atlantic. Coffee at sunrise, dolphins if you're lucky, and you can hear the waves.
Beach gear included
Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, towels, sand toys and a wagon are waiting. Walk the boardwalk and you're on the sand in about 3 minutes.
Two pools, all year
The big beachside pool with its snack bar and a quieter pool in the pines are open year-round. They aren't heated or cooled, and there's no hot tub.
Free pickleball and tennis
Resort courts are free for guests; reserve a time at the main desk. A fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals and weights is on-site too.
Fiber Wi-Fi and two TVs
1 Gbps fiber for video calls and streaming, a 55-inch TV in the living room and a second smart TV in the bedroom.
Laundry on your floor

Twin bunk beds
Built-in bunks in a semi-private nook with porthole accents. They're sized for kids or shorter adults, so taller guests will find them snug.
Sleeper sofa
A new 4-inch memory foam mattress on the sofa bed. It opens in the living room, which is why six guests feels cramped here.
